Skin products need care too
While skin care is essentially important for a healthy body and mind, it is also important that the kind of skin care products you use is right. There are a number of reasons to not use products that are old or substandard the basis of which is that they harm your skin badly. The products might oxidize (if they have ingredients like Vitamin C), active ingredients in these might lose their potency, oils may become rancid, and it may become home to bacteria and molds. This happens when a skin care product is exposed to air, light, moisture, and bacteria and degrades thus, or expires. Using such products might cause irritation, rashes, pimples, red skin, burns, etc. and so you should keep in check how long your products last and which ones are actually working well for your skin before you get long term skin damage. One should use best Ayurvedic products for skin.
At the same time, these products cost a fortune so keeping them fresh and using them right to prevent any such thing from happening is also important. In order to keep your make-up products from damage, here are some tips:
1. Wash your hands before usage but also wipe them dry. Clean hands don’t allow bacteria or germs to interfere with the make-up mixture and since moisture is harmful as well, drying your hands is as important.
2. Ensure the cleaning and sealing of the products which is to say that all caps and lids are properly closed, the brushes do not have any residual make up, and the product does not have left overs in between the lid and the content of the bottle or tube. This is so that it doesn’t get over exposed to air to leave it flaky or crusty and the residue on brushes does not develop germs.
3. Don’t buy products in bulk! If you do so, there are good chances that they use their shelf value and they expire to be rendered useless when the time comes to even start using it or when they have hardly been used. Start using Inveda organic beauty products if you haven’t already!
4. Consistent temperature is the key. Dry and cool areas help most products stay in their best conditions since the chances of them being exposed are the least. It depends on the product and thus what kind of temperature they need to be in. This makes them last longer and work without flaking or running too easily.
5. Use natural products. In case of natural products, you expose your skin to the least damage which means your skin is healthier and better. It is quite normal to see color, scent and texture change from time to time since they’re not chemical based. It’s not harmful in most cases and helps the skin feel fresh and light. Inveda’s range of Ayurvedic products for skin is one of the best available herbal beauty products online.
While you might start working on the upkeep of your products now or start working better, the damage done to your skin through these products is mostly quite intense. Acne & Dark spots Causes with Ayurvedic Acne Treatment
Acne can be unpredictable and quite annoying, but the truth is
that it is one of the most common skin conditions in teenagers around the
world. Acne is caused due to the excess production of oil from the sebaceous
glands that lead to the obstruction of the hair follicles.
Dark spots and Acne are common in people of all ages due to lot of
reasons. Acne marks and dark spots show skin damage.
In Ayurveda, acne is
known as 'Yauvan Pidika' and is believed to be a manifestation of an aggravated
Pitta dosha. Yauvan means teenage and pidika means pustules. In addition to
your face, acne can affect the shoulders and the back area, too. Ayurveda has
many natural approaches that can help control acne as Dehydration, poor diet
and impurities in the environment cause acne.
According to Ayurveda, there are three fundamental doshas:
Vata, Pitta and Kapha, and good health is considered a perfect state of balance
between these three doshas. It is said that acne is an aggravating factor of
pitta dosha, which acts under the skin and leads to heated toxins, which are
triggered as acne. The Pitta had further damaged the Rakta and Meda Dhatu
(blood and fatty tissues), producing toxins that blocked the pores of the skin,
leading to the formation of acne. And, when combined with Vata, it caused pain
in the affected region. To keep acne at bay, one must adopt a pacifying diet of
pitta. Those who see frequent acne breakouts should avoid spicy and fermented
foods. Very fried and bitter foods should also be avoided.
Treatment
Pacification of Pitta Shodh Har Chikitsa aggravated
(anti-inflammatory treatment) to relieve pain caused by inflammation
Purification of blood Balance of altered hormones in the body Improves liver
function and treats constipation to control Pitta
To a certain extent, cosmetic creams and lotions can help improve
skin cells and can reduce acne formation and marks. To avoid such problems and
get rid of acne completely, it is necessary to treat the root cause that is inside
the body. The Ayurvedic treatment for acne and dark spots provided by
Inveda offers excellent results and helps maintain a healthy skin texture that
indicates a healthy body. This Anti-acne blend slows the formation of
melanocytes that produce melanin and stimulate the rejuvenation of new cells
naturally. The new cells replace the dead cells and make the skin tone
brighter. The herbs present in this Ayurvedic treatment
for acne are rich in antioxidants and minerals that provide the
necessary amount of oxygen to the cells.
Here are some Ayurvedic remedies that can help treat acne better:
1) Amla juice - Drink Amla juice every day. Amla, or Indian
gooseberry, is the most prized possession of Ayurveda when it comes to the
treatment of the skin. It is said that fresh amla juice contains 20 times more
vitamin C than orange juice. Vitamin C is a natural antioxidant, which means
that it protects you against the damaging effects of free radicals and prevents
the formation of acne.
2) Drink 2-3 liters of water throughout the day to keep the
skin moist. Reduce the intake of spicy, oily and high sugar foods. Also, avoid
alcohol and drinks because they contain a large amount of toxins.
3) Make a mixture of 1 part tea tree oil with 9 parts water. Now Dip

Natural Daily facial care routine
Skin care
products can be an important source of toxins for many people. Most are full of
chemicals and artificial ingredients that can have a temporary positive effect
on the skin, but will have long-term negative effects. These artificial
ingredients can also be absorbed through the skin and accumulate in the body.
The good news
is that there are natural, simple and inexpensive options that work better than
most commercial products and without all the harmful ingredients. With regard
to radiant and glowing complexion, there are several steps you can include in
your skin care regimen, but not all should be done daily or at the same time
each day.
Determine your
skin type
Mostly
skins are oily, dry, combination or normal. If your skin type is extremely oily
or dry, see the general guidelines on how to care for oily and dry skin. The
first step is to check what type of skin you have. Accordingly you buy the
products.
Cleaning
Next step in
your daily facial care regimen is cleaning. Essentially, you clean your pores
of dirt and bacteria in a natural, smooth and effective way by replacing dirty
oils with beneficial oils that can heal, protect and nourish your skin. Try the
Inveda Neem & gotukula facial cleanser leaner, which
can help remove dirt and impurities from the surface of the skin without
drying.
Exfoliate
Use a daily
scrub to remove dirt trapped in your skin. An exfoliation, gently brushing the
surface of the skin, can help eliminate the accumulation of dead cells and
reveal a new youthful looking skin underneath. Now, the frequency with which
you exfoliate is an individual choice because it really depends on your skin
type.
A mixture of
equal parts sea salt and olive oil creates a natural exfoliant that will help
eliminate impurities without removing excess oil.
Toner
The toners were
originally designed to rebalance the skin after cleaning. Remove excess grease,
dirt and excess makeup after washing your face and prepare the skin for
hydration. All you have to do is put some toner on a cotton ball and slide it
over your face.
Moisturizer
Oily skin will
need less moisture as the skin adapts, and often the natural oils from cleaning
with oil are sufficient. Otherwise, a very light layer of coconut oil is effective,
or for those who find it very oily, a toner diluted with apple cider vinegar
helps keep the oil away. Sun protection is a skin care routine. In the morning,
apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or more, after the
moisturizer, but before applying makeup.
Although the
use of facial cleansers, toner, serum and moisturizer may be part of your skin
care routine twice a day, some steps in your skin care routine should only be
part of your skin care routine just once a day may be at night time.
Apply a serum
or a Blend
This skin care
product is very popular for a reason and that is their absorbability. Serums
are usually concentrated formulas that target specific skin problems.
Do you have
wrinkles and fine lines? Consider using the Inveda Anti-Wrinkle Blend to
help improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Its unique formulation
absorbs quickly on skin leaving a non greasy effect.
Have dull skin?
Try the inveda glow and radiance blend that restores radiance, reduces hyper
pigmentation and improves the clarity and overall tone of the skin. After only
a week of use, the skin regains its youthful glow, while after two weeks; the
fine lines are visibly reduced.
The use of an
anti-aging treatment is necessary to fight against the signs of aging.
Anti-aging treatment combats wrinkles, resists the signs of aging and
strengthens the skin barrier.

Detecting tufts and locks of hair entangled in brushes can give us

and have a serious psychological impact on our overall well-being.
The products we currently have on lifestyle, pollution and hair care are the main injuries
associated with thinning hair.
So what can be a safe alternative to hair loss products that are
loaded with chemicals? Well, one can rely on Ayurveda to fight against
hair loss. The world's oldest medical system offers many healing remedies and
prescribes a lifestyle and health routine to control hair loss. Since ancient
times Ayurvedic treatments are very popular among many women for hair
loss because they contain natural & organic ingredients and are an effective
remedy for hair loss. Basically, the goal of Ayurveda is not only to

Vata, pitta and kapha, collectively called doshas, are one of the
most fundamental concepts of the Ayurveda tradition. But what are they
exactly? In essence, doshas are energetic forces of nature, functional
principles that help us better understand the world around us. Vata, pitta and
kapha are essential for our physiology, so no dosha is better than any other.
All three of them have a very specific set of functional and vital roles to
play in the body. That said, when doshas are unbalanced, this can lead to lot
of problems in human body.
Thinning hair refers to hair losing the strength of hair
ultimately resulting in hair loss. Unlike widespread hair loss, hair thinning

treatments, straightening , overdoing styling and more.

least expect it, which ruins the summer. Summer can be detrimental to your
precious skin. Aggravated acne, oily skin, tanning and sun-scorched
skin, thorny heat, body odor and fungal infections are some of the common skin
conditions observed in the summer.
Today, we are not just talking about tanning, there are so many common skin
infections that you should know about. If you experience itching, redness,
pain, blistering, rash, or peeling skin on your body, it may be one of the
following skin infections.
Sun burns
Strong sunlight tans the skin and can cause sunburn. This, when not checked
in time, causes the appearance of pigment spots on the skin.
Remedy
- The application of
sunscreen provides protection against harmful UV rays that prevent damage
to the skin, although this does not prevent tanning. Use Inveda
sunscreen cream gel spf ++50 for
best results.
- Wear loose clothing to
avoid sweat stains and stick to moisture absorbing fabrics during
training. To get rid of tanning, use a good sunscreen.
- Vitamin C can be very
helpful in preventing tanning. For extra protection, wear light colored
clothing, sunglasses and a hat or carry an umbrella.
Acne breakouts
When sweat is mixed with bacteria and oils on the skin, it can clog pores.
If you have skin prone to acne, it often means it will spread.
Remedy
- Use Inveda Anti Acne Blend with Lavender &
Tea Tree Oil on your face. Repeated usage of the same and a
proper skin care routine will help prevent acne breakout and will also
improve the complexion of the skin.
- Wash your face at
least 3 to 4 times to remove the grease deposited on your face. You can
apply home remedies such as honey mixed with lemon juice and apply it as a
paste on your skin. You can prepare a mixture of curd and lemon juice to
which you can add a pinch of turmeric powder and apply it on the skin to
prevent acne.
Insect bites
Insects, such as mosquitoes and sodomites, can have the best time in
summer. The bites of these insects can cause itching, swelling and redness.
Remedy
- There are ways to
avoid insect bites or to minimize the distressing pains they cause. Avoid
thick or grassy areas and if you think you cannot avoid these places, wear
long shirts in your pants and socks or shoes to avoid stings.
Prickley heat
The blocked sweat glands are the cause. Because sweat cannot come out, it
builds up under the skin, causing a rash and small, itchy bumps. When bumps
burst and release sweat, many people experience a tingling sensation on the
skin.
Remedy
- Anything you can do to
stop sweating profusely will help you reduce your risk. Try to keep your
skin cool by using fans, cold showers and air conditioning whenever
possible.
Dry, irritated skin &
hair
When the outside air is hot and humid, you can have dry, irritated skin and
hair. The biggest culprits are spending time under the sun, pool and air
conditioning.
Remedies
- You can use inveda
papaya and hibiscus moisturizer for nourishing dry and chapped
skin.
- For your hair you can
try Inveda Anti-toxin shampoo which will eliminate dirt and micro
pollutants from your hair leaving them soft and supple

of hair products and tools on the market, but ironically, hair problems
are at their peak. The new research does not seem to help as it should.
