Skin care
products can be an important source of toxins for many people. Most are full of
chemicals and artificial ingredients that can have a temporary positive effect
on the skin, but will have long-term negative effects. These artificial
ingredients can also be absorbed through the skin and accumulate in the body.
The good news
is that there are natural, simple and inexpensive options that work better than
most commercial products and without all the harmful ingredients. With regard
to radiant and glowing complexion, there are several steps you can include in
your skin care regimen, but not all should be done daily or at the same time
each day.
Determine your
skin type
Mostly
skins are oily, dry, combination or normal. If your skin type is extremely oily
or dry, see the general guidelines on how to care for oily and dry skin. The
first step is to check what type of skin you have. Accordingly you buy the
products.
Cleaning
Next step in
your daily facial care regimen is cleaning. Essentially, you clean your pores
of dirt and bacteria in a natural, smooth and effective way by replacing dirty
oils with beneficial oils that can heal, protect and nourish your skin. Try the
Inveda Neem & gotukula facial cleanser leaner, which
can help remove dirt and impurities from the surface of the skin without
drying.
Exfoliate
Use a daily
scrub to remove dirt trapped in your skin. An exfoliation, gently brushing the
surface of the skin, can help eliminate the accumulation of dead cells and
reveal a new youthful looking skin underneath. Now, the frequency with which
you exfoliate is an individual choice because it really depends on your skin
type.
A mixture of
equal parts sea salt and olive oil creates a natural exfoliant that will help
eliminate impurities without removing excess oil.
Toner
The toners were
originally designed to rebalance the skin after cleaning. Remove excess grease,
dirt and excess makeup after washing your face and prepare the skin for
hydration. All you have to do is put some toner on a cotton ball and slide it
over your face.
Moisturizer
Oily skin will
need less moisture as the skin adapts, and often the natural oils from cleaning
with oil are sufficient. Otherwise, a very light layer of coconut oil is effective,
or for those who find it very oily, a toner diluted with apple cider vinegar
helps keep the oil away. Sun protection is a skin care routine. In the morning,
apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or more, after the
moisturizer, but before applying makeup.
Although the
use of facial cleansers, toner, serum and moisturizer may be part of your skin
care routine twice a day, some steps in your skin care routine should only be
part of your skin care routine just once a day may be at night time.
Apply a serum
or a Blend
This skin care
product is very popular for a reason and that is their absorbability. Serums
are usually concentrated formulas that target specific skin problems.
Do you have
wrinkles and fine lines? Consider using the Inveda Anti-Wrinkle Blend to
help improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Its unique formulation
absorbs quickly on skin leaving a non greasy effect.
Have dull skin?
Try the inveda glow and radiance blend that restores radiance, reduces hyper
pigmentation and improves the clarity and overall tone of the skin. After only
a week of use, the skin regains its youthful glow, while after two weeks; the
fine lines are visibly reduced.
The use of an
anti-aging treatment is necessary to fight against the signs of aging.
Anti-aging treatment combats wrinkles, resists the signs of aging and
strengthens the skin barrier.
