Ayurvedic Hair Shampoos And Remedies for thinning hair

Detecting tufts and locks of hair entangled in brushes can give us sleepless nights. Incessant falling hair can be extremely distressing for us and have a serious psychological impact on our overall well-being.
The products we currently have on lifestyle, pollution and  hair care are the main injuries associated with thinning hair.
So what can be a safe alternative to hair loss products that are loaded with chemicals? Well, one can rely on Ayurveda to fight against hair loss. The world's oldest medical system offers many healing remedies and prescribes a lifestyle and health routine to control hair loss. Since ancient times Ayurvedic treatments are very popular among many women for hair loss because they contain natural & organic ingredients and are an effective remedy for hair loss. Basically, the goal of Ayurveda is not only to cure illnesses, but to prevent diseases.
Vata, pitta and kapha, collectively called doshas, are one of the most fundamental concepts of the Ayurveda tradition. But what are they exactly? In essence, doshas are energetic forces of nature, functional principles that help us better understand the world around us. Vata, pitta and kapha are essential for our physiology, so no dosha is better than any other. All three of them have a very specific set of functional and vital roles to play in the body. That said, when doshas are unbalanced, this can lead to lot of problems in human body.
Thinning hair refers to hair losing the strength of hair ultimately resulting in hair loss. Unlike widespread hair loss, hair thinning does not cause baldness. However, it gives a finer hair stain look on the head.
Thinning of hair occurs gradually, which means you have time to identify the causes and determine the best treatment measures.
Causes of hair thinning:-
• Excessive treatment of your hair. This includes color treatments, straightening , overdoing styling and more.
• Use of hard hair products such as sprays and hair gels to make very hard. Temporary color can also be hard on your hair.
• Experience of uncontrolled stress. Stress involves increasing hormones as cortisol. Overweight hormones can kill new hairs that look to grow from follicles of hair.
• Lack of enough vitamins and minerals in your diet. This helps all the hair follicles to produce naturally.
