Common skin problems during summers

Skin infections are common during the summer and appear especially when you least expect it, which ruins the summer. Summer can be detrimental to your precious skin. Aggravated acne, oily skin, tanning and sun-scorched skin, thorny heat, body odor and fungal infections are some of the common skin conditions observed in the summer.
Today, we are not just talking about tanning, there are so many common skin infections that you should know about. If you experience itching, redness, pain, blistering, rash, or peeling skin on your body, it may be one of the following skin infections.
Sun burns
Strong sunlight tans the skin and can cause sunburn. This, when not checked in time, causes the appearance of pigment spots on the skin.
Remedy
  • The application of sunscreen provides protection against harmful UV rays that prevent damage to the skin, although this does not prevent tanning.  Use Inveda sunscreen cream gel spf ++50 for best results.
  • Wear loose clothing to avoid sweat stains and stick to moisture absorbing fabrics during training. To get rid of tanning, use a good sunscreen.
  • Vitamin C can be very helpful in preventing tanning. For extra protection, wear light colored clothing, sunglasses and a hat or carry an umbrella.
Acne breakouts
When sweat is mixed with bacteria and oils on the skin, it can clog pores. If you have skin prone to acne, it often means it will spread.
Remedy
  • Use Inveda Anti Acne Blend with Lavender & Tea Tree Oil on your face. Repeated usage of the same and a proper skin care routine will help prevent acne breakout and will also improve the complexion of the skin.
  • Wash your face at least 3 to 4 times to remove the grease deposited on your face. You can apply home remedies such as honey mixed with lemon juice and apply it as a paste on your skin. You can prepare a mixture of curd and lemon juice to which you can add a pinch of turmeric powder and apply it on the skin to prevent acne.
Insect bites
Insects, such as mosquitoes and sodomites, can have the best time in summer. The bites of these insects can cause itching, swelling and redness.
Remedy
  • There are ways to avoid insect bites or to minimize the distressing pains they cause. Avoid thick or grassy areas and if you think you cannot avoid these places, wear long shirts in your pants and socks or shoes to avoid stings.
Prickley heat
The blocked sweat glands are the cause. Because sweat cannot come out, it builds up under the skin, causing a rash and small, itchy bumps. When bumps burst and release sweat, many people experience a tingling sensation on the skin.
Remedy
  • Anything you can do to stop sweating profusely will help you reduce your risk. Try to keep your skin cool by using fans, cold showers and air conditioning whenever possible.
Dry, irritated skin & hair
When the outside air is hot and humid, you can have dry, irritated skin and hair. The biggest culprits are spending time under the sun, pool and air conditioning.
Remedies
  • You can use inveda papaya and hibiscus moisturizer for nourishing dry and chapped skin.
  • For your hair you can try Inveda Anti-toxin shampoo which will eliminate dirt and micro pollutants from your hair leaving them soft and supple
Shower and apply the shampoo immediately after leaving the pool, with clean, cool water and a mild neem cleanser or body wash.
